FFS Tube-Film / Ind. Sacks with HD printing
The product includes the most updated technology in the automatic packaging for high loads of solid contents such as animal food. It can be delivered on roll and also in pieces. It is normally delivered at layflats till 57 cm (other dimensions upon request). The bobbin diameter depends on the layflat but usually is 1,2m.
With our updated multi-layer Extrusion technology that the bobbins are manufactured we achieve to combine different types of PE per layer in order to have the required characteristics for the bag.

- High mechanical strength for the tightening of the loads under hard conditions.
- Excellent thickness profile.
- Possibility of different colour variations.
- Excellent weldability at customer's premises.
- Two lanes of embossing at each side of the bag to achieve high friction for easy and safe palletizing.
Printing Characteristics:
- High gloss printing on the outer surface of the bag.
- High Definition analysis, with the possibility of printing colourful images with high precision and accuracy.
- Printing 7+7 colours, which gives the possibility for printing complicated draws with an ideal outcome.
- Printing also on the gussets, achieving the whole printing cover of the bag.
- Excellent ink transfer and high resistance to ink adhesion and friction.
